Worst customer service dept u guys have got,,, youy better change your way of dealing with customers or else Jet /Kingfisher and Indigo will ensure spicejet is wipped out of the sky and I will not be surprised because they give 100 times better service then u guys do.

Hi, I was going through the spicejet website it is wonderful, it is simple, user friendly and not complicated like other sites.Keep up the good work . u keep coming up with new offers ………thats gr8…… would suggest if u have frequent flier program. : )
