SpiceJet Offers Web check-in Service
New Delhi, 2 February 2007: SpiceJet, the fastest growing and the most efficient low – frills airline w.r.t load factor, turnaround time, high reliability & customer care has announced the launch of a distinctive online facility – Web Check-in to all its valued passengers. To start with this service will be available at IGI airport, Delhi followed by all 14 SpiceJet destinations.
The Web Check-in service is a convenient way of checking ticket details and printing the boarding passes, just like an e-ticket, through the SpiceJet’s website (www.spicejet.com). This service not only allows passengers to select their prefer#B50229 seat but also facilitates the printing of the boarding passes for the same day’s return flight.
The Web check-in service however does not entertain cancellations or modification requests once the passenger uses this facility. This facility is not available for passengers traveling with infant(s), passengers using wheelchairs and unaccompanied minor(s). To avail the Web Check-in facility, the passenger needs to have a valid photo identity like passport or driving license issued by a Government authority.
Commenting on introducing this special additional service, Mr. Siddhanta Sharma, CEO SpiceJet Ltd., said “SpiceJet’s unique Web Check-in service provides seamless and hassle free air travel experience.
